Returns + Refunds

It's simple:

Here at Firecracker, we stand behind our goods 100%. Full stop.

Your trust is important to us, so if for any reason you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of eligible new + unused merchandise for a full refund or exchange. 

While certain returns cannot be accommodated -- "Custom Order" + "Personal Care" items, for example -- we value your business and will always be reasonable. Our primary goal is to do everything we can, as quickly as we can, to make sure the entire process is convenient and hassle-free.


Contact our friendly Help Desk within 21 days of your original purchase.
All items must be in their original new and unused condition with no scratches, stains, markings, or any signs of wear, chipping or breakage.
*In the very unusual circumstance that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
Our dedicated team will respond promptly with easy to follow mailing instructions.
Prior to submitting a request, you may also always review item-specific return information by visiting the product page in question and clicking on the "Shipping/Returns" tab.
Pack your return securely -- in the original packaging -- and include your printed invoice. Drop it in the mail, and you're done.
With the exception of damage claims or order error on our part, a $5.00 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Firecracker is not responsible for lost/damaged returns, so please retain a shipping receipt for your own records in case the shipment does not arrive at our facility or is damaged in transit.


REFUNDS: You will automatically receive your refund within 4-5 business days after your package arrives at our return facility and is examined in accordance with our policies. Credit will be applied to your original form of payment; please be aware that your payment provider may take several additional days to post the refund to your account.

GIFT RECIPIENTS: Using the gift receipt included with your package, simply follow the easy instructions above. After your return is received, merchandise credit in the form of a Firecracker E-Gift Card will be sent to you for immediate/future use.

REPACKING CERAMICS/POTTERY: Please retain all packaging materials that arrive with your order. If you are not returning your entire order, please compensate by adding additional eco-friendly paper, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc. There should be significant padding between each piece and between the sides of the box. Pieces should not shift once the box is sealed.

PLEASE NOTE: Sorry, but the following items are ineligible for return or refund:

    • Items marked "Final Sale"
    • Custom "Special Orders" and/or "Personalized" items
    • Shipping Charges
