Known for creating sweeping and majestic palettes using untreated, organic gems and talismanic accents, her work mimics the rich colors found in nature to showcase the raw beauty of each stone she chooses.
Working with family workshops and women's collectives in Delhi, Lena's designs are hand-tied and beaded, resulting in a striking collection of necklaces and bracelets that are utterly unique in style.
Stones are like people – more beautiful when left in their original, most integral state. Beauty is a matter of context. I think, the less controlled, the better.
