What currency will I be charged in?

All Firecracker purchases are charged in USD. The current exchange rate is determined by your payment provider at the time of your transaction.

When will my order ship?

Excluding "Special Orders", in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including U.S. holidays. (Please note: we do not offer Free Shipping on orders shipped outside of the United States.)

To help keep your international shipping costs down, multiple item orders do not ship until all items are ready for transit. For example, two items in your order are in stock and ready for shipment in 1-2 days. However, a third item is a "Special Order" and takes 7-10 days to fabricate & process for shipping.

Result? Your complete order will be ready for shipment in 7-10 days.

How are orders shipped?

Shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping destination and items selected.

The majority of Standard international orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Package International Service. 

Expedited orders to Canada are typically dispatched via Fedex International Ground Service.

Express orders are typically posted via DHL Worldwide.

Please note: free shipping is not valid on international orders.

When will I receive my order?

UK, Europe + Middle East

Orders depart our facility within one to two (1-2) business days and arrive within 7 to 10 business days

Australia, New Zealand + Japan

Orders depart our facility within one to two (1-2) business days and arrive within 8 to 12 business days


When your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes exact carrier information + tracking # to chart the progress of your delivery. 

Note: all times are subject to change. Delays in your nation's Customs Authority can also increase delivery times and are not within Firecracker's control.

What about Duty, Taxes, Customs & Additional Fees?

All our international orders are shipped DDU ("Delivered Duty Unpaid"), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any duty, taxes, customs and/or additional fees upon delivery.

Contact your local customs office for more detailed information regarding your country's particular custom policies. Prior to placing an order with us, you may also check potential customs duties here.

Note: any/all additional customs fees are the sole responsibility of the order recipient.

What is your international return/exchange policy?

Firecracker offers returns for most international orders within 14 Days of Delivery.

While certain returns cannot be accommodated -- "Custom Order" + "Personal Care" items, for example -- we value your business and will always be reasonable. Prior to submitting a request, you may also always review item-specific return information by visiting the product page in question and viewing "Shipping + Returns".

Please email our friendly, multilingual Help Desk and include the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of item(s) you wish to return
  3. Reason for the return

Our dedicated team will respond promptly with easy to follow instructions.

Please note: all international return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the order recipient. Shipping fees cannot be refunded, nor can we issue refunds for any duties or taxes paid upon initial delivery. Please contact your local customs agency.

  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Custom/Personalized orders
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable)
  • Return requests received after 14 days of delivery date

Exchanges: Due to the cost of international shipping, we do not offer international exchanges at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
