Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love your new jewelry.

So if you're not completely delighted, we gladly welcome returns on all orders within 14 Days of Delivery for a prompt Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN IN 3 EASY STEPS:

Contact Us within 14 Days of Delivery. Please retain all shipping and packaging materials.
Items must be in their original new + unused condition. (In the very unusual circumstance your order arrives damaged, please photograph and reach out immediately.)
Our dedicated Returns Team will promptly respond with mailing instructions and your pre-paid return label.
Please note that Firecracker is not responsible for items returned using any method other than our own. If an alternate label package is lost in transit, your refund cannot be processed.
Pack your return, include a copy of your receipt, and drop it in the mail. Tracking + Insurance are automatically included.
Please retain an "Acceptance Receipt" from the carrier for your own records when dropping off your return package for shipment.

 

REFUNDS: You will receive your refund within 3-4 business days after your package arrives at our return facility. Credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment; please be aware that your provider may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account.

GIFT RECIPIENTS: Simply follow the same easy instructions above. After your return is received, store credit in the form of a Firecracker E-Gift Card will be emailed to you for immediate use. (P.S. Your return is confidential.)
