That's a promise when you shop Firecracker, because we want you to love what you order.
So if for any reason you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we gladly welcome returns within 14 Days of Delivery for a prompt Refund, Exchange or Store Credit:
- Enjoy easy $5 Flat Rate Returns on all U.S. orders.
- Prefer Store Credit in lieu of Refund? Your return is complimentary.

Above all, we value your time and the trust you place in us. Our primary goal is to do everything we can -- as quickly as we can -- to ensure that your entire Firecracker experience is as pleasurable & convenient as possible from start to finish.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN IN 3 EASY STEPS:
- Contact our friendly Help Desk within 14 Days of Delivery. Please retain all original boxes/packaging materials.
- Please ensure that all items are in their original new + unused condition. (In the very unusual circumstance that your order arrives damaged, please photograph and contact us immediately.)
- Our dedicated Returns Team will promptly respond with repackaging instructions and your pre-paid return shipping label.
- Prior to submitting your request, you may also always review item-specific return information by visiting the product page in question and clicking on the "Shipping/Returns" tab.
- Pack your return, include a copy of your order invoice, and drop it in the mail.
- With the exception of damage claims or order error on our part, the $5 flat rate return service will be deducted from your final refund or exchange. Tracking + Insurance for your package is automatically included.
- For store credit, we’ll waive the $5 and provide you with a secure E-Credit Code for immediate use. Your Firecracker credit has no expiration date and can be used on any storewide purchase.
PRE-PAID LABEL: Please be aware that only the shipping label + method provided to you by Firecracker is valid for use with your return shipment. If an alternate label and/or carrier is used and the package is lost in transit, your refund cannot be processed.
WHEN MAILING: Please retain an "Acceptance Receipt" from the carrier for your own records when dropping off your return package for shipment.
REFUNDS: You will receive your refund within 3-4 business days after your package arrives at our return facility. Credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment; please be aware that your provider may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account.
GIFT RECIPIENTS: Simply follow the same easy instructions above. After your return is received, store credit in the form of a Firecracker E-Gift Card will be emailed to you for immediate use.
WORLDWIDE CLIENTS: Please visit International Shipping for additional return information.
REPACKING CERAMICS/POTTERY: Please retain all packaging materials that arrive with your order. If necessary, please compensate by adding additional eco-friendly paper, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc. Significant padding is required, and pieces should not shift after the package is sealed.
PLEASE NOTE: Our apologies, but the following items are ineligible for Return, Refund, Exchange or Store Credit:

- Stationary
- Gift Cards
- Paypal Processing Fees
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Custom Orders and/or "Personalized" items
- Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase
