However, if you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we gladly offer easy free returns on all U.S. orders within 14 Days of Delivery for a full refund or store credit.

- Contact Us within 14 Days of Delivery.
- Eligible items must be in their original new and unused condition. Please retain all shipping & packaging materials that came with your order.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- When printing out your label, take note of the carrier and tracking number to chart the progress of your return.
- Securely repackage the item(s) and drop your return in the mail.
- Tracking + Insurance are automatically included.
REFUNDS: You will receive email confirmation 3-4 business days after your package arrives at our return facility and is processed. Credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment.
STORE CREDIT: Prefer this option? Just let us know. After your return is processed, a Firecracker E-Gift Card -- with no expiration date or added fees -- will be sent to you for immediate/future use.
GIFT RECIPIENTS: Simply follow the same easy return instructions above. After processing, store credit in the form of a Firecracker E-Gift Card -- with no expiration date or added fees -- will be sent to you for immediate/future use.
HOLIDAY ORDERS: Items purchased November 15th - December 24th, 2025 may be returned through January 15th, 2026.
PLEASE NOTE: The following items are ineligible for Return, Refund, or Store Credit:

- Custom/Personalized orders
- Original shipping charges (if applicable)
