Order Processing Times

Excluding "Special Orders", in-stock items are typically processed + shipped within 1-2 business days if you choose Standard shipping.

Expedited and Express shipments are processed + shipped the next business day.

Address Restrictions

Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery is estimated from the time your order is shipped. It is based on purchase date, processing time, shipping destination, and your choice of shipping method:

EXPEDITED

New orders depart our facility the next business day + arrive within 3 to 4 business days.
EXPRESS

New orders depart our facility the next business day + arrive within 1-2 business days.

When your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with detailed Carrier Information + Tracking Number to chart the progress of your delivery.

*Orders $500+ are always insured and require an adult signature upon delivery.

Special Locales:

  • Excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, we are unable to provide Expedited or Express shipping to other U.S. Territories. For deliveries to these locations, only USPS Standard shipping is available.
  • For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, only Standard and Expedited shipping are available. Shipments may also require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
  • Expedited and Express shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and rural/remote locations in the contiguous United States may require additional delivery time.
