We ship to all 50 states, Washington, DC, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Carriers and methods offered during checkout may differ based on the items in your cart and shipping destination.

Order Processing Times

Excluding "Special Orders", in-stock items are typically processed + shipped within 1-2 business days if you choose Standard shipping.

Expedited and Express shipments are processed + shipped the next business day.

When will I receive my order?

Your delivery estimate is based on purchase date, shipping destination, and your choice of shipping method:

When your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes exact Carrier Information + Tracking Number to chart the progress of your delivery. Please be aware that multiple item orders may arrive separately; you will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. 

*Orders $500+ are always insured and will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Special Locales:

  • Excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, we are unable to provide Expedited or Express shipping to other U.S. Territories. For deliveries to these locations, only USPS Standard shipping is available.
  • For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, only Standard and Expedited shipping are available. Shipments may also require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
  • Expedited and Express shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and rural/remote locations in the contiguous United States may require additional delivery time.

Cost is calculated on the shipping methods available to you at checkout. The good news is that all jewelry -- plus a majority of other Firecracker wares like scarves, bags, etc. -- include complimentary free shipping. No matter what, we always strive to offer you the most economical shipping rates possible.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Most of our merchandise ships to these lovely locales for the exact same price as other domestic destinations. When it comes to some of our heavier items -- ceramics, for example -- it naturally costs a bit more.

Other times, the following message may pop up:
