HOW IS THE GIFT CARD DELIVERED?

Via email after purchase with your option of:

Directly to your inbox.: From there, you may forward the card to your lucky recipient yourself, or print out a hard copy to give in person.
Directly to your lucky recipient's inbox.: Add a gift message, and choose whether you wish to send your present immediately or on a future "Send on Date".

Either way, you will receive an order confirmation and purchase receipt.

HOW DOES THE GIFT CARD WORK?

For everything Firecracker (*except other Gift Cards), simply enter the Redemption Code in the appropriate field during checkout.

The card balance will automatically be apllied to the total purchase price (including taxes & shipping, if applicable.)

If the total price is less than the card's balance, the remaining value will remain on the card for future use.

If the total price exceeds the card's balance, additional payment will be required to complete the transaction.

IS THERE AN EXPIRATION DATE?

No. All Gift Cards remain fully valid and reusable until the balance is $0.

Yes, and the remaining balance is updated after each use.

If the Redemption Code is misplaced, can it be resent?

Yes. Simply request another order confirmation email.
