HOW IS MY CARD DELIVERED?

Digitally via email with your option of:

Directly to your inbox.: From there, you may forward it to your lucky recipient yourself, or print out a hard copy to gift in person.
Directly to your recipient's inbox.: Add a personal message and choose whether to send immediately or on a future "Send on Date".

Either way, your order confirmation and payment receipt will also be sent to your inbox.

*Note: for same-day delivery, most Gift Cards arrive within one hour after purchase.

HOW DOES THE CARD WORK?

For all things Firecracker (*except other Gift Cards), simply enter the Redemption Code in the appropriate field during checkout.

The card balance will automatically be apllied to the total purchase price (including taxes & shipping, if applicable.)

If the total price is less than the card balance, the remaining value stays on the card for future use.

If the total price exceeds the card balance, additional payment will be required to complete the transaction.

Purchasing multiple cards at once? Each one comes with its own separate and secure Redemption Code so that you may gift away with ease.

EXPIRATION DATE? ADDED FEES?

No, on both counts. Your card remains fully active until the balance reaches $0.

Yes, and your balance updates after each use.
