  • Does Firecracker have safeguards in place to protect my personal/credit card data?

    Absolutely. Your online security and peace of mind is of paramount importance to us.

    To help ensure that your Firecracker shopping experience is safe and secure from beginning to end, all browsing and order functions ~ including multiple layers of firewalls & encryption technology ~ are automatically monitored throughout your visit and checkout process.

    Furthermore, our Shopify web host is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and uses 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet.

    SSL establishes an encrypted link between our web server and your web browser, and is the same maximum level of protection used by most major financial institutions. When you see the letters "https" in the URL address before www.shopfirecracker.com, secure SSL technology is at work.

    Will I be charged sales tax?

    Since we are based in the beautiful Golden State, tax only applies on shipments within California.

    May I use more than one method of payment?

    At this time, you may only use one method of payment on a single order.

    Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

    Yes. Prior to checkout, review the "Gift Order?" section in your Shopping Bag. Enter a personalized message, and we will write it out by hand onto your lucky recipient's non-itemized -- as in, no prices showing -- gift receipt. Your name and address will also clearly be listed as the sender..

    How do I know that Firecracker received my order?

    At the end of the checkout process, an online confirmation message will indicate that your transaction was successful. Shortly thereafter, you will also receive email confirmation of your order.

    After my order is confirmed, when will it ship?

    Excluding "Special Orders", in-stock items are typically processed + shipped within 1 to 2 business days. (Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays.) Just click on the "Shipping/Returns" tab found on every product page to view specific information about that item's expected lead time:

    Can I cancel my order?

    Contact our Help Desk right away. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Your delivery estimate is based on purchase date, shipping destination, and your choice of shipping method at checkout:

    SHIPPING METHOD

    EXPECTED DELIVERY (U.S.)

    Standard

    Orders depart our facility within one to two (1-2) business days and arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

    Expedited

    Orders depart our facility within one (1) business day and arrive within 3 to 4 business days.

    Express

    Orders depart our facility within one (1) business day and arrive within 2 business days.

    When your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes exact carrier information + tracking # to chart the progress of your delivery. Please be aware that multiple item orders may arrive separately; you will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. 

    For P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories + APO/FPO/DPO addresses, only Standard or Expedited shipping options are applicable. We are unable to provide Express shipping to these locations.

    Please note: Expedited and Express delivery to rural/remote locations may require additional delivery time.

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! For a variety of items, including all jewelry orders within the United States. More items are added to that list everyday, but no matter what... we always strive to offer you the most economical shipping rates possible.

    Can Firecracker ship to multiple addresses within the same order?

    At this time, we cannot. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

    Can I track the status of my delivery?

    Yes. After your order leaves our shipping facility and is in transit, we will send you an email update with carrier information & tracking number. Just click on the carrier link to check the estimated arrival date.

    Does Firecracker ship to other countries outside the U.S.?

What is your policy?

We stand behind the quality of our collection. Full stop. That's a promise when you shop Firecracker, because we want you to love what you order.

So if for any reason you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we gladly welcome returns within 14 Days of Delivery for a prompt Refund, Exchange or Store Credit:

  • Enjoy easy $5 Flat Rate Returns on all U.S. orders.
  • Prefer Store Credit in lieu of Refund? Your return is complimentary.
  • For our worldwide clients, please visit International Shipping.

Above all, we value your time and the trust you place in us. Our primary goal is to do everything we can -- as quickly as we can -- to ensure that your entire Firecracker experience is as pleasurable & convenient as possible from start to finish.

To get specific return info about a particular item, simply click on the "Shipping/Returns" tab found on each product page. That way, you'll always know what's what prior to checkout.

The following items are ineligible for return/exchange/refund:

  • Apothecary/Fragrance/Personal Care Items
  • Stationary/Paper Goods
  • Items specified "Final Sale"
  • Items "Made to Order", "Special Order", and/or "Personalized"
  • Shipping Charges (if applicable)
  • Paypal Fees (if applicable)

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

Contact our friendly Help Desk within 14 Days of Delivery. Please retain all original boxes/packaging materials. Please also ensure that all items are in their original new + unused condition. (In the very unusual circumstance that your order arrives damaged, please photograph and contact us immediately.)

Our dedicated Returns Team will promptly respond with repackaging instructions and your pre-paid return shipping label.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 3-4 business days after your package arrives at our return facility. Credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment; please be aware that your provider may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account.

Please note: Firecracker is not responsible for any loss/damage that occurs during return shipment. Please retain an "Acceptance Receipt" from the carrier for your own records when dropping off your return package for shipment.
